Keywords are important! “So what are they”? “Where do I find them”? “Do I have them in my resume”? “If I do, did I pick the 
right ones”? All good questions about those mysterious words that hold the power to put your resume in the “second look” pile or the “not a chance” pile. There is excellent software on the market that will scan your resume for keywords.
